Capital Gain; What does it mean?

Capital Gain is the difference between the purchase price and the selling price.

Capital gain is formed by the activity of stock trading in the secondary market. For example, Investor bought ABC stock with price per share Rp 3.000 then sell it at Rp 3,500 per share which means the investor get capital gain of Rp 500 for every shares it sells.
