Dividen; What does it mean?

Dividends are the distribution of profits that the company provides and derive from the profits generated by the company.

Dividends are granted after obtaining approval from the shareholders in the GMS. If a financier wants to get a dividend, then the investor must hold the shares for a relatively long period of time until the share ownership is in the period in which the shareholder is entitled to a dividend.

The dividend distributed by the company may be a cash dividend – meaning that each shareholder is given a certain amount of cash in cash for each share – or it can be a meaningful share dividend to each shareholder with a dividend of a number of shares so that the amount of shares owned by a financier will increase with the distribution of stock dividends.
